Order & Delivery
Yes, after you have placed your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided us with when ordering.
Annoying, but please contact us immediately. We will then look at the cause as soon as possible.
Of course, immediately after ordering your order you will receive a digital invoice from us by e-mail.
Yes, after we have fully received your order, we will immediately start preparing your package for shipment. When the package is packed, it is handed over to our carriers in our distribution center. You will immediately receive a track-and-trace code to track your order.
When we have received the payment, we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. In most cases you will receive your order the next day. It is possible that a product is (temporarily) not in stock, the expected delivery time will then be indicated on the product page.
We charge 7.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands for standard shipping. Some products are provided with a higher shipping rate. For example, consider swimming pools. The amount is determined by the total weight.
Do you want to cancel your order? If the package has not yet left our warehouse, in most cases we can cancel the order. Contact us and we will be happy to help you!
If your order has been prepared for shipment or is already on its way, we can no longer cancel it. You can refuse the product at the door, so that the order will be returned to our warehouse. You can also accept and return the order. Read here how to return your product.
When you place an order in our webshop, you can choose from the following payment methods:
iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, Bancontact, Visa, American Express, PayPal.
As soon as we have received your order in our return warehouse, the payment will be initiated. Refunds are always made in the same way as you paid for the product. How quickly the money is in your account depends on the payment method:
iDeal (2-3 business days), Apple Pay (2-3 business days), Google Pay (2-3 business days), MasterCard (14 business days), Maestro (3-5 business days), Bancontact (3-5 business days), Visa ( 14 business days), American Express (14 business days), PayPal (3-5 business days).
All products purchased from World of Summer in the Netherlands can be returned within 14 days. You return a product in new condition, complete and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. We charge 6.95 for returning your order. We will deduct this amount during the refund of your order. read more about out return policy here.
