Are you not completely satisfied?
At World of Summer we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. It is of course possible that you are not completely satisfied with your order. Therefor, it is always possible to return a product. However, we do apply a number of conditions for returning products.
If you want to return a product to us, it is important to completely fill in the form below. This way we can process your return process as quickly as possible.
Return conditions
If you want to return a product, this is only possible within 14 days after receiving your package. For returns we charge 7.95 return costs. We will deduct these costs during the refund of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) of your order.
Refund
After we have received the package, it goes to our control department. When your package has been returned correctly, we will refund the amount owed to your account. You will receive the amount back on your account within 14 days at the latest.
